Our Wine Restaurant

My name is Simon Neugebauer, I have been the new tenant of the estate restaurant at the Trenz winery since 1 April.
Regional products take centre stage in my restaurant. My chef Dzevad Kabaretovic and I stand for sustainable cuisine,
with exquisite products in a modern guise. From the soup to the roast, everything is still prepared by hand

We come up with new seasonal menus every 2 to 3 months and remain true to our style: Rheingau classics and Winzervesper
are still on our menu, along with homemade soups and vegan and vegetarian alternatives.
With wonderfully created dishes made from regional fish and meat, we also offer gourmets a culinary delight to accompany Michael's wines.
After extensive renovations in 2007, our rustic ostrich tavern was transformed into a modern estate restaurant.
During the remodelling, great emphasis was placed on the use of regional materials such as Taunus quartzite and slate.
Opening hours of the wine restaurant
Wednesday to Saturday from 4 p.m. (kitchen until 9 p.m.)
Sunday and public holidays from 12 noon (kitchen until 8.30 pm)

Menu
Our chef de cuisine Dževad Kabaretović puts high emphasis on a fresh preparation of food. In his creations specialities of regional dishes are combined with mediterranean and classical French cuisine. We only use products of best quality; it is very important to us to use sustainable products of a regional origin.
Celebrate & Experience
The wine restaurant and the mediterranean patio offer space for up to 120 guests, who can enjoy a modern and bright atmosphere, which is being described as „Rheingau-fashionable“ by many of our guests.
As preparing events takes some time, we are happy to support you in organizing yours. For your celebration we provide not only our premises (15 to 60 people), we also advise you on how to celebrate a birthday, anniversary, company event, wine tasting or other event in the most suitable way.
