Due to diligent care of the vineyards and properly cut vines, the extract and the weight of the must become higher. A late and selective grape harvest by hand and a delicate compression of the grapes optimize the must. Using the most modern techniques while working in the wine cellar and allowing a slow cold fermentation, we produce fresh, fruity and rich high quality wines.
